1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 930k platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the service through the 930k website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Account Registration

3. Age and Eligibility

• Any registration made in the name of a minor will be cancelled immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited, and in such cases a refund may not be possible.

930k's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of that week's net losses. At the Gold tier, cashback of up to 0.6% of net losses is available; for example, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would earn ৳120 in cashback.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 930k are operated by third-party game providers' software. Game outcomes are entirely dependent on a Random Number Generator (RNG), and 930k does not directly interfere with game results.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game round is declared void due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• In sports betting, only bets placed before the market closes are valid.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play games is prohibited.
• Using arbitrage strategies to extract bonuses by placing bets on two opposing outcomes is prohibited.
• If a member is found to have committed fraud, the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

7. Security and Privacy

8. Responsible Gaming

• Prolonged inactivity (12 months after the last login).

10. Dispute Resolution
